We're in search of two dedicated, experienced real estate sales professionals to join our prestigious team—one based on the Sunshine Coast and the other in the South Burnett Region.
Position : Real Estate Agent - Commission Only
Location: Queensland, Australia (Remote/Home-based)
About the Position: As a Real Estate Agent with Master Key Realty, your role is pivotal in facilitating smooth property transactions and providing indispensable support to clients throughout their buying and selling processes. Operating on a commission-only basis, this position empowers you to work remotely from your home, proudly representing our esteemed agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
· Understand the unique needs and financial capacities of clients, offering tailored real estate solutions.
· Conduct intermediate negotiation processes, providing expertise on market conditions, prices, and ethical dealings with clients.
Market Analysis and Marketing:
· Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
· Present and market our ( Master Key Realty) properties to potential buyers.
· Promote sales through strategic advertising, open houses, and listing services.
Sales and Negotiation:
· Canvass and cold call to secure new listings.
· Prequalify buyers
· Build solid client relationships for repeat business and long-term satisfaction.
· Negotiate offers effectively between buyers and sellers.
· Close deals to secure a property contract for the seller.
Listing Process:
· Organise the entire listing process, including Form 6 paperwork and collecting relevant IDs.
· Tailor a marketing plan specific to each listing, coordinating with photographers, and assembling appropriate marketing packages.
· Provide a Just Listed kit for new vendors.
· Do regular weekly updates to vendors on the progress of the sale.
· Provide a personalised handover at settlement to the new buyers.
· Present settlement gifts to both vendors and buyers and gain testimonials.
Qualifications:
· Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson and Possession of a Current Queensland real estate agent's (mandatory).
· Demonstrated success in previous sales roles.
· Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
· Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Exhibit a trustworthy, reliable, and caring professionalism with an approachable attitude, complemented by impeccable attire and presentation
· Familiarity with Gmail, Google Docs, Vaultre CRM, Core Logic
· Positive approach to change and being flexible and solution oriented.
Terms of Employment:
· Commission-only structure.
· Primarily remote/home-based work with occasional on-site visits as required.
· Flexibility to establish your work schedule while meeting performance targets.
